William McMullen plays a pivotal role in guiding the strategic growth, implementation, and technical advancement of each of Chinook’s lines of business. For over 30 years, Bill has committed himself to improving the performance and efficiency of lifecycle building operations through the application of interdisciplinary engineering; commissioning; energy management; and building automation systems operation, maintenance, and integration. Bill is a Past President of the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA) and is an instructor at North Carolina State University, where he teaches courses on commissioning, Testing and Balancing (TAB), and energy efficiency. Bill is a recipient of the President’s Award from the BCxA and the FEMP Energy Management Award.
