Terry Lenkewich oversees the optimization and execution of Chinook’s day-to-day business operations. With a professional background in business administration and accounting, he plays a hands-on role in Chinook’s strategic growth and performance. Terry works closely with Chinook’s finance, human resources, and technical services teams to ensure Chinook’s goals for advancement are aligned with the company’s Guiding Stars. Utilizing a “people first” approach, Terry also leads efforts to streamline Chinook’s formal operating procedures, implement staff professional development and training programs, and ensure all employees have the tools they need to effectively serve our clients.
