Michael Luffred brings over 25 years of experience in program management, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of critical facilities. He leads a multi-disciplinary team who support owners in the daily operation, optimization, and planning of their facilities. This includes developing operations and maintenance plans; managing and controlling record documents and work flows; developing and maintaining building information models, standard operating procedures, and job performance plans; and performing building and code inspections for large-scale campuses and buildings. Mike also serves as Chinook’s Corporate Safety Manager for both office and contract-specific safety compliance.
