Joseph Toskey is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering Chinook’s finance and accounting policies and procedures to positively affect sustainable growth at all levels of the business, both corporately and on an individual project basis. This includes financial planning and analysis, project cost accounting, pricing, acquisition strategy, and strategic planning. Joe also works closely with Chinook’s clients over the life of any project to ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction.
