Jerry Spaulding is responsible for developing Chinook’s expanding Operations and Maintenance (O&M) practice, leveraging his more than 30 years of experience in project management, O&M, and commissioning of critical facility systems to ensure programmatic success. He leads a growing team of HVAC and controls specialists who develop tailored Preventative and Corrective maintenance programs that respond to site-specific missions, owner requirements, existing system conditions, and end user needs. Under Jerry’s leadership, Chinook’s O&M provides hands-on, on-site support and representation to keep systems up and running at all times.
