David Wampler leads Chinook’s Design/Build construction projects for DoD and other mission critical facility owners internationally. Most recently, his portfolio has included extensive chiller plant upgrades; HVAC system replacements; and facility-related controls systems upgrades, integrations, and maintenance. With a strong foundation in program and project management, mechanical and electrical design, commissioning and acceptance testing, facility operations, and construction management, David ensures Chinook’s Design/Build projects meet all industry and government standards.
