Chinook excels in developing client-focused Operations and Maintenance (O&M) programs tailored to site-specific missions. We do not follow a sweeping, one-size fits all approach, but develop custom maintenance programs driven by unique facility, system, and end-user requirements.

Our dynamic teams fully integrate with facilities personnel to establish priority-driven, multi-year capital plans and O&M strategies. This includes an integrated focus on Preventative Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance to optimize inventories (parts), service levels, equipment/asset lifetimes, system security, and operational efficiencies. This approach also enhances occupant comfort and long-term cost management.

If managing the O&M process yourself isn’t for you, we can manage it using our in-house staff and technology, as well as a diverse pool of qualified subcontractors. We believe in transparency, so every owner has visibility into how their systems perform.
