The Old Patent Office Building project was
a historic preservation of the third oldest building in
Washington D.C. It included new mechanical, electrical,
telecommunications, plumbing, security, fire alarm, and
fire protection systems, reconditioning. The interior
was modified to include galleries, office, retail, and
support spaces for the museum. |

Develop and execute the Commissioning Plan;
develop the master equipment list; review equipment submittals,
develop pre-functional checklist and functional performance
tests, direct onsite commissioning activities, and conduct
on-site functional performance testing.
Develop and facilitate the systems and equipment operator
training programs including video production of training
sessions.
Develop and implement construction document control
processes and protocol. Manage and administer the delivery
of the project record documentation including production
of CAD as-built documents, Operations and Maintenance
Manuals, and Systems Manuals.
Implement the QuiCx Project Delivery System for the
management of the project record documents. Provide
live streaming web cameras including production of time
lapse movies of construction progress. System is accessible
to 150 project users.
