Chinook Systems Inc. is an experienced
provider of both fundamental and additional commissioning requirements for LEED certification of facilities. We are also members of the Building Commissioning Association.
Chinook Systems Inc. uses our software application, the QuiCx Project Delivery System
to manage and track the commissioning process. This powerful
database allows us to generate and manage the master
equipment list, pre-functional checklists and functional
performance tests, field reports, meeting minutes, and
issues logs. At the completion of the commissioning process, we have an
accurate record of all commissioning activities. The final master equipment list can be exported for use in the development
of the Owners facility maintenance management program.
