The Property is 100 percent leased to Lockheed Martin, the nations largest defense and government contractors. With over 118,000 square feet of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) space (85 percent of the Property), Stonegate II provides Lockheed Martin with a secure work environment.
Stonegate II was a design build project and Chinook Systems Inc. was the commissioning authority on the project in 2007 acting as Lockheed Martin’s representative.
