Cathedral Hill Hospital, San Francisco, CA

For the California Pacific Medical Center, $1.7 Billion

The California Pacific Medical Center’s (CPMC) Cathedral Hill project is a new 555-bed hospital in San Francisco, Calif., budgeted at $1.7 billion. The hospital is one million sf with a total of 15 floors above and two below grade stories, and includes 555 parking stalls. Design of the Cathedral Hill hospital began in 2005, and the project is expected to complete in 2013. The project will attain a LEED Silver rating.

Chinook Systems Inc. is responsible for providing commissioning services and oversight of the commissioning program to support the CPMC Integrated Project Delivery Team (IPDT).
