Andy is a LEED accredited professional, member of the building commissioning association, certified as a commissioning authority by the AABC Commissioning Group and a qualified commissioning provider via the University of Wisconsin. Andy has a thorough understanding of the architectural and engineering industry with an in depth knowledge of general building construction and HVAC controls.
His design experience plays a crucial role in the review, evaluation and verification of HVAC systems. Andy's commissioning experience spans the commissioning process from inception through warranty phase, including management of the entire process from developing pre-functional and performance tests, to carrying out site observations. to developing pre-functional and functional performance tests, and carrying out site observations.
